When my dog was about six months old she got parvo. She survived and is about a year and half now. Right now she is in heat for the second time and i was wondering if parvo can scar a dog from having puppies?

No. She can have puppies. The problem lies in the fact that once the puppies stop nursing they will have no maternal antibodies protecting them from the latent virus. Have you cleaned your home and yard well? As long as there aren’t any latent virus, you should be fine. The puppies will be protected as long as they are nursing, but once they wean they will be in danger of simply picking the virus up from the floors, carpets, soil, etc. Your mother dog is not in any danger from the virus.
