if i give my other dogs the parvo shot now will they be protected since one dog has already be diagnoised with parvo?

there is no way to really answer that my dog had parvo also and she had 2 of her shots and still came down with it i would give the dog the shot and hope for the best all you can do is watch you other dog.. i had another dog to and the vet told me to keep the other dog away from my house for at least 2-3 months because parvo can live in you yard for months and also in your house. if you have no other choice i would tell you to keep them apart and have them use the bathroom in different parts of the yard. the dog with parvo still sheds it for up to 2 weeks after they are cleared good luck

Not necessarily.
It depends on ages how many shots and how well you cleaned. This is hard for professionals let alone a novice. I would wait and get an older pup at least six months withhis shots.
